The Practice is based in Eltham, London SE9.
The first consultation lasts 90 mins and the follow up consultations thereafter last 30-45 mins. You will be asked many detailed questions about yourself , these can include aspects of your life such as your sleeping, eating patterns, your emotional state, your physical history, any medication you’re taking and much more. This is all to build up your unique picture so that the most appropriate remedy can be selected to match your symptoms. All information given is completely confidential.
To help with the 
initial consultation a general form will be sent to you before the appointment, this can be returned beforehand or brought with you.
Remedies are generally ready a few days after the consultation. These can be posted to your home or if you live locally can be collected.
As well as using Homeopathic Remedies I may also use essences to support the healing. There are many types of essences but I mainly use Alaskan and Australian Bushflower essences.
Once you are feeling better it is good to continue with periodic checkups to maintain health.
